This was a little thing made to poke some fun at the typical DARPG dog show thingy stuff I see on DA from time to time. From what I tend to see, it's a world of realistically drawn dogs in poses, sometimes doing some doggy stuff like...jumping, trotting, having babies. Sometimes there's some kind of interesting thing, such as original breeds. They're interesting in concept but are usually just existing dogs with some traits of another existing dog, or other existing animal. I don't think I've seen original dog breeds that went much farther than that, unfortunately.

Now, once in a while, I'll notice someone who draws their DARPG doggies in an interesting style instead of merely copying realism, or puts some story into the art of their doggies, and to the people who do this I say: you're awesome! Keep up the great work!

_{That reminds me of something. I personally think it's a little odd how quite a few ARPG groups tend to have quite a few artists that use interesting and fun styles, but a lot of DARPG work is just realism dogs in poses. Why is that? I personally think it's more fun to see art where someone puts some stylization into it, instead of just making something you'd see in a photo (or something that came from a photo >.>). Then again, I too used to always aim for realism in my drawings, until certain things made me realize how stylization is much more interesting and fun to look at. Idk, just rambling my opinions at this point XD}


Anyways, if you're someone who is in the DARPG community or admires the work of some DARPG artists, that's totally fine; I just felt like sharing my silly little personal point of view on what I usually see come out of this part of DA.
